We offer free shipping all over Australia on orders over $250. However, please note that in some circumstances depending on remote areas in Australia, free shipping may not be included. We will inform you if you’re unable to receive free shipping due to your area.

INTERNATIONAL shipping

We can ship our prints to over 180 countries worldwide.

We strongly recommend purchasing unframed prints that are shipped in rolled cylinders. If you’d like to have your artwork framed, we suggest using a frame shop in your local area which we can organise for you.

 

Shipping times

Once your order has been shipped, we hold no liability for any incidents or issues that may occur during the shipping process. The responsibility for your orders lies with the chosen carrier.

After processing your order, please allow a delivery timeframe of 4-15 business days within Australia. If you have not received your order within 15 business days, kindly reach out to us for assistance.

QLD: 2-4 Days

NSW/ACT: 2-4 Days

VIC: 3-5 Days

SA: 4-6 Days

TAS: 4-7 Days

WA: 6-11 Days

NT: 6-11 Days

International shipping: Usually most international orders take up to 15 business days. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some orders may experience up to a month delay due to limited shipping lanes including customs clearing. We ask you to refer to your tracking number provided with your order for any estimates on shipping delivery.

Refunds and Return Shipping

We offer a 14-day return period for all prints, subject to the following eligibility criteria:

  • The order must be received within 14 days.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please email us with proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back for a refund.

Upon receiving the returned order, we will assess it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that payment processing times may vary, but are typically quick.

If your refund request is rejected, we will return the item to you, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Please be aware that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
