HOME PREPARATION
To ensure optimal presentation of your home, please thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of the property prior to the photoshoot. Here is a pre-shoot checklist for your reference.
DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY INCLUDED IN PACKAGES
Each package comes with complimentary drone photography that elevates real estate listings, showcasing breathtaking aerial views and unique features for heightened buyer interest and successful sales.
DELIVERY TurnAround
Choose from two delivery options: receive a link to view all photos and select your preferred images, or let us curate for you for a quicker process. Expect delivery within 24-48 hours (depending on your choice). Access images and floor plans via Google Drive or DropBox.
Booking
We recommend booking well in advance, preferably several days ahead, to secure the most convenient time slot. Vendors are encouraged to join us during the photoshoot, but if unable to be present, please make arrangements to grant us access to the property for photography purposes.
Photo licenses
The images provided to the client are licensed for exclusive use as marketing material. They may not be shared with other clients, realtors, agencies, or sold without prior permission.
archived data
All real estate booking data is securely archived for a maximum of 2 years, ensuring easy access for future reference. For architectural and commercial photography projects, we maintain a comprehensive archive for 5 years, allowing for long-term retrieval and continuity in client work.
